Audra is an Artist, Art Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Certified LENS Neurofeedback Provider. She received her Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts from University of Hartford - Hartford Art School (HAS) concentrating in Visual Communication Design, with a minor in Printmaking, in West Hartford, Connecticut. While at HAS she also studied painting, ceramics, sculpture and drawing. Audra received her Master of Arts (M.A.) in Art Therapy from Albertus Magnus College located in New Haven, Connecticut.

Audra has professional experience working with children who have developmental delays and cognitive disorders in school-based programs, adult and adolescent inpatient mental health, developmental, physical and cognitive disabilities, substance use, children and adults with Autism, adults with cognitive disorders, geriatrics, and older adults with Alzheimer's and other Dementias.

Audra specializes in working in perinatal mental health, life transitions, stress and anxiety. She is passionate about helping parents on their journey before, during, and after baby. She passionately believes in the tools of art therapy to assist and support her clients in their unique and individual journeys.
